Still Travelyn for Ukraine

"Can we have your four large suitcases???" That was my phone call very early this morning. I of course say yes... What are you using them for? Then it is explained to me....

We are flying to Rome on Monday, we are working with the bus company that we use for our group travel and funding bus(s) to drive to the Poland / Ukrainian Border and bring refugees back to Italy. The suitcases will be filled with ibuprofen, children's tylenol, etc... items they are in desperate need of along with stuffed animals for the kiddo's. This is the hearts of Chris + Carol Mastronardo. C+C (as I call them) will be traveling along with the bus' to help the refugees with getting back to Italy so please keep them in your prayers.

How can I help from here... I never have a problem trying to help raise money... so here's my ask... any little thing is wonderful!

Can you possibly imagine being these 2 million people, running from their homes with only what they can carry, leaving their family members behind to fight for their country's freedom knowing there is a possibility they may never see them again? It breaks our hearts as we want for nothing over here in the states.

100% of the money will be donated to Luberti Bus company in Reggio Emilia (direct contact name is Matteo Luberti, and phone number can be supplied). They have set up a charity in Italy to supply bus' to bring refugees to Milan along with other charities that are working for housing and basic human needs for the refugees.

Day 2:

"We've been moved to tears several times in the last 24 hrs, the response has been overwhelming".

Departure for Rome is set for 12:45pm tomorrow. Their dear friend Andrea DelVecchio in Rome is picking them up at the airport on Tuesday morning and taking them to Reggio Emilia where they will board the bus(s). Arrival to the Poland / Ukrainian border should be on Thursday where suitcases will be delivered and refugees will be picked up. Then they will journey back to Milan with the refugees. Dear family and friends.... you rock! C+C have just about tripled their original financial goal. The impact may be small in the broud view of this devasting crisis, but the life changing affect on those refugees getting picked up on Thursday will be IMMENSE. God speed C+C....
