Still Loving Him, Still Holding On – In Memory of Phillip Jn
Donation protected
I never imagined writing something like this.
My son Phillip Jnr has passed.
Just saying those words.. how broken can one become?
Being our first son. Our hearts are torn. And through our grief, it hinders our ability to carry on while he is no longer with us.
But I'm not the only one grieving. His beautiful girlfriend, the love of his life, has been quietly suffering too. She was there from the very beginning, right by his side through everything… until the very end. Their love was real, pure, and deep.
His eldest sister. It was like his mentor/ 2nd mother. Tightly bonded. Took him to his first concerts.. he helped her plenty when it came to her blood test! very appreciative of each other.
His youngest brother. His best buddy bro. Buddies As! To The Max. stuck together through and through unless they came to disagreements, and boys will be boys. But being Phillip Jnr, he was always quick to forgive.. gotta love him.
And his Dad. True Father thru and thru. His being places him just as broken as me.
And for you. Your righteous output gives me courage. An enlightenment I could never have imagined that there is such a thing as Good People. Those who are true in helping others. In making these tribulations bearable to a position of full healing and restoration. My family is grateful ☺.
There’s no way to fix a loss like this. But maybe just maybe we can build something from the broken pieces. Something that honors who he was. Something that gives love back to those he left behind.
That’s why this GoFundMe exists.
We’re urgently raising funds to support the people Phillip loved the most:
To help cover the outstanding funeral and memorial costs, we’re still struggling to manage.
To offer some emotional and mental health support for his girlfriend, who is battling silent grief every day.
To provide a bit of financial relief during this time of deep loss, when even simple daily needs feel too heavy.
And if possible, to create something lasting, something beautiful in his name. A way to keep his light alive.
We know times are hard for everyone. But if you've ever lost someone you couldn't imagine living without, then you understand we’re simply doing the best we can to stay afloat, while holding on to every memory.
This campaign isn’t just about money. It’s about memory. It’s about healing. It’s about love.
Please, if you’re reading this, consider helping us, whether it’s a donation, a kind word, or sharing this story. Every small act is part of something bigger.
Please help us carry Phillip Jnr’s light forward.
