Steve Kubacki - Medical Costs

As you may have heard, our friend, Steve Kubacki, recently had emergency surgery to repair his colon. Just prior to this he had back surgery that has prevented him from working for many months. Steve faces some extended recovery time and needs a little help to cover his medical expenses.
