Stephany Buckleys' 2022 LBDI Campaign

I am participating in The Junior League of Topeka's Little Black Dress Initiative, a campaign to raise awareness about the challenges that face 1 in 6 Topekans. As an Advocate, I will join other women in wearing one black dress - the same black dress - for five days in a row to:

1. Raise awareness of community instability

2. Illustrate how limited resources affect daily life; and

3. Raise funds that the Junior League of Topeka will utilize to support change in our community to help combat community instability

The Junior League of Topeka (JLT) works on projects with community partners to support child welfare impacted by community instability and violence. Our goal is to raise $10,000. Please support the JLT as they tackle this critical issue.
