To our family and friends,

It’s hard for us to put into words how our world has changed over the past few weeks. Our son, Nathaniel, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver Adenocarcinoma believed to have originated in the bile duct. The cancer is rare and aggressive and has already spread to other parts of his body. As you could imagine, this news has brought a range of emotions for him and all of us who love and care for him. Nathaniel has already shown incredible strength and courage in the face of this diagnosis and will be starting his treatment soon. We are grateful for his care team and are preparing ourselves to support him through what will be a physically and emotionally taxing treatment process.

During this time, Nathaniel will not be able to work, and we will be spending a significant amount of time helping him as he undergoes various treatments. As you could imagine, the cost of treatment and care add up quickly. From hospital visits to chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments, and scans, tests and medications. Easing some of the costs associated with his treatment will give Nathaniel peace of mind and allow him to focus on his health.

That’s why we’ve created this GoFundMe. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly towards medical bills and treatment costs, prescription medications, transportation, and living expenses, as well as off-setting the cost of family and friends taking time off work to help him.
