Hi it’s cherry, again. Most of y'all have been following my story with Criscilla and the fight for our story to come out.

Over the past several months, I have been defending myself in a civil lawsuit filed against me in Texas. Because of the financial burden of litigation, I have represented myself (pro se) throughout much of the case, spending countless hours researching legal procedure, drafting motions, filing court documents, and advocating for myself.

Recently, the court denied my Motion to Dismiss, which means the case will now proceed toward trial.

A trial date has been set for September 2, and the complexity, demands, and stakes of this litigation have reached a point where proceeding without legal counsel is no longer a realistic option.

I have secured an attorney who is willing to represent me moving forward, but I need help covering the legal fees required to prepare for trial and mount a proper defense. Trial preparation involves extensive review of evidence, witness preparation, legal research, court appearances, discovery, and countless hours of work that simply cannot be handled alone.

This lawsuit has already required significant time, emotional energy, and financial resources. While I have done everything I can to defend myself up to this point, I recognize the importance of having experienced legal representation as this case moves into its next phase.
