So, after almost 6 long weeks after surgery, the neurosurgeon’s office called with final results. What originally seemed to be a low grade glioma, has turned out to be a high grade (aggressive) astrocytoma. So, not what we were hoping for. We have met with Dr. Labayog, the oncologist for those who don’t know, and have discussed a plan. They are still needing some additional information from the surgeon, but Jordan will be having radiation along with taking a chemo pill. The pill is actually one of the chemos Lincoln had. Please pray hard for Jordan and our family. I still can’t believe we’re going through this again.
