I am Connie Boykin, and I used to work with Mike Maxson when he was a scuba instructor. Mike is a great guy and would do anything for anybody, and I know he would try and help me in any way he could, so this is my way of helping him and his wife, Briana.

On Presidents' Day of this year, Mike was struck by a truck that left him with a head injury and a compound fracture of his leg. Mike has limited insurance that is not covering all of his medical needs. Mike now suffers from head trauma and requires a feeding tube and rehabilitation that will not be covered by insurance. Briana will bring Mike home and will take a leave from her job to care for him. He will need a special bed at home with rails.
