Stand By Derek's Family in Crisis

Derek is one of my best friends from high school. We are lucky enough to have two beautiful girls that are best friends; it really is a blessing.

Derek and his family have really hit hard times in the past year. His first love is his family, but coming in close second was his career as a semi-truck driver. Derek prided himself on being able to provide for his family. This all came to a halt last year when Derek had multiple strokes, leaving him unable to work. Nadine, his beautiful wife, has been trying to support the household the best she can, but as you can assume, it's impossible to support a household on one income (plus medical bills). To add to this all, sadly, one year and two days since his first of four consecutive strokes, he had yet another. Derek is starting his road to recovery, but knowing his family’s finances are at least secure will lessen his stress, allowing him to concentrate on getting well.

Please help Derek and his family catch up on their finances so Derek can heal with less stress.
