VBG Student Black Panther Screening

A group of WC and VHS alumni pooled our dollars to create private screening of the Black Panther movie for area high school students.  Now we would like your help in furthering these efforts by providing theatre snacks to the students during the movie. 

Why are we doing this?

We want to expose our youth to real and tangible examples of what's possible when you dream further than you can see.  Being exposed to what is possible through any avenue possible and in this case a film focused on a region where excellence is not only expected it is the norm can help to realize confidence. In addition it's another opportunity to remind our children of the career options that while not highly visible are absolutely available and extremely achievable.

This is the first but not the last event that we as a group will plan and execute in order to reach teach and stretch our children mentally.
