Spence Creek Homeowners Attorney

We are raising money to retain an attorney for Spence Creek residents.
The idea is to have this attorney represent us and get involved to help us formulate a plan forward concerning the upcoming changes that Pulte is trying to pass... plainly stated, we have lots of good ideas being brought to the table by many of you, but we do not have an understating of what is feasible or even reasonable based on the proposed PUD change.
The cost to retain Griffin is $2,000. While we have several folks that have agreed to pitch in and help with this cost, more help is needed... We have 636 occupied homes.... If 50% of the homes agreed to contribute $6.00 we would be able to fund this. Understanding that 50% is a lot and maybe not feasible....anything you would like to contribute would be appreciated greatly!
Next Steps would be to sign an engagement letter with the attorney and schedule a meeting in the clubhouse with a conference call including the attorney (TBD)....this would be were we strategize further steps.
The attorney is Griffin Dunham with Dunham Hildebrand (http://dhnashville.com). Griffin is one a few attorneys in the area with this specific experience and NOT already under retainer by Pulte.
