Special Trike for Kat

I am a single mother to a sweet daughter who is a special needs 17-year-old.  She has Chiari Malformation, Developmental Delay, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. I am trying to get a special trike for her since her balance is not the best and a normal bike won't work for her. There is someone at Strauss that makes the kind of trike she needs, but it'll cost over $600 for one. My daughter really needs the trike to get out and be able to spend time with a friend of hers and for her own health as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
