Spearows Christmas Donation Drive

With the Christmas season coming, as a community we will be organizing a Christmas hamper for one of the families in our Pokemon Go Spearows community that could use some help this season. @coronababy2323 and her family would often be out raiding, grinding and playing community days as a family. They've faced some extremely tough challenges this year that have left her as the sole caretaker of herself and five children.
We'll be organizing and collecting donations for their family for the next two weeks. The ages of the children are:
- 23 - female
- 20 - female
- 17 - male
- 16 - female
- 9 - male
Unwrapped or wrapped gifts are welcome and appreciated. As they're all Pokemon Go players, feel free to include Pokemon themed gifts as well! In addition, here are a list of items you may want to consider donating as well:
Gifts
Gift certificates, personal care items, gloves, slippers, socks, pajamas
Age appropriate puzzles, blocks, toys, educational toys, board games, models, and children’s CD’s/DVD’s
Food
Pasta, rice, canned/packaged soups, crackers, canned fruit, mayonnaise, peanut butter, margarine/butter, cereal, coffee, tea, canned tuna/salmon, Kraft Dinner, cheese whiz, pancake mix, syrup, potatoes, spaghetti and sauce, ravioli/chili, hamburger helper, cookies, canned baked beans, vegetarian chili, box of chocolates, jello, puddings, Christmas treats, Mandarin oranges, jam, juice and any other items you might like to add.
Gift certificate for perishables: meat (ham/turkey), cheese, milk, eggs, bread, fresh vegetables
Other
Laundry soap, dish detergent, hand soap, toothpaste, shampoo, personal care items
There are two ways you can help with our donation drive:
1. Contact myself (Michael Obregon) or another Spearows discord moderator to coordinate pickup of a cash or gift donation. I'll be available on the weekends to meet up and collect donations.
2. Donate cash directly and easily. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to their family. All donations are appreciated.
