Sow Much Good is committed to growing healthy communities in underserved neighborhoods by:


Providing direct access to fresh, affordable food.
Educating and engaging residents to adopt healthy eating habits.
Advocating for the right of every person to have real food security.


Sow Much has served more than 3000 families to date through neighborhood farm stands, EBT eligle CSA, and education classes & programs to encourage healthy habits in underserved communities.


Robin Emmons, Sow Much Good's Founder & ED was selected as a 2013 CNN Hero for the organization's work to provide access to healthy food in low income communities. She has received national and global recognition for her work to promote social justice for all people in the space of food, farming and agriculture.
