Over the last weeks life at Southport Grocery and Café has been flipped upside down. The all day breakfast and lunch we do 7 days a week, and have been doing for 17 years, has been temporarily stopped as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis. Consequently
I had to temporarily lay off all of my employees.
I am blessed with an amazing staff and value the contribution they make day in and day out. If you would like to show your appreciation for our staff please consider giving them a virtual ‘tip’. Any amount will make a big difference. All of the money raised will go directly to the 25 servers, cooks, bakers etc to help them with their daily expenses during these extenuating circumstances.
