Help Sorry Girls Bring Our Music to Europe!

Hey sweet people,

We’ve been dreaming of bringing our new album overseas, and in summer 2024, we planned our first European tour. We have beautiful dates lined up across the UK, with a final show in Paris. However, as many of you know, touring has become increasingly difficult—even for bigger artists. The costs of travel, accommodations, and food have skyrocketed, while show payouts remain abysmally low.

While we’re grateful for Canada’s grant system, it only covers a portion of expenses—essentially doubling what we make from shows. That means any extra costs (flights, van rentals, lodging, etc.) must come out of our own pockets.

We are all full-time working artists, juggling jobs alongside making music. We know that asking for help is no small thing, but the reality is that independent artists are often expected to fund their own careers until they reach a certain level of success. Touring is crucial for our growth, yet increasingly, it’s only feasible for artists who already have massive backing.

If you’d like to support Sorry Girls beyond streaming our music or coming to shows, we’re asking for donations—just the price of a concert ticket ($20) or whatever you’re able to give. Every dollar will go directly toward making this tour possible, helping us share our music with new audiences, and ensuring that we can continue creating the art you love.
