My name is Sonia Alfaro and my house got flooded during Hurricane Harvey. The waters inside the home and throughout my complex have not receded. As each day goes on without being able to return to our place our potential damages increase. We have lost our car as well. This probably means that we will need temporary housing for a few months and maybe even permanent relocation. At this time we were only able to salvage some clothing but it is uncertain when we could go back in. My mother and sister were living with myself, Isa and Tono at the time of the hurricane because they just moved here 2 weeks ago so they are with us as well. The money raised here goes to those efforts- essentially getting my family a place to live, a car and back on track. Thank you for your help, and may God bless you.
