SONGBIRD HELP - Car & Gear Stolen

Just like that. She’s gone. Along with every stitch of my important music gear which was inside ready for a show. Yesterday, my dear friend/car Ruby was stolen, leaving behind only shattered factory tint window pieces on the ground. My Metromile tracker device recorded her/their last trip for a mile or so before they disabled it. No word from police on recovery hope, and at just over 24 hours it’s sinking in. My paid off and healthy at barely over 100k miles RUBY!!! who carried me from coast to coast, is just gone. My keyboard, the most valuable thing after car, the original YAMAHA MAMA, I’ve had for near 2 decades now and as many memories shared, gone. My PA, Every mic, every stand, every cable, both of my in ear monitor sets and the wireless system to go with, and sadly I need these things to be able to play the gigs that earn the money to replace these things. So while this is the least tragic story of the year, it is devastating to me. What the hell am I even doing here now, with zero gear or car...

I’m safe, wasn’t robbed in person, and well aware how lucky I am even on this worst day in a while, and I hate needing help when I had it covered after much work building my tiny estate. However hesitant, I need help.

Friends have encouraged me to go this route. The gear total was slightly more than the current market on sweet ol’ Ruby (LOL) and that  ‘whole lot’ taken from me totaled only my goal here. 

Just trying to recover my livelihood so I can go fund myself (wink) & thanks to my wonderful friends for all kind words today.
