Medical and Funeral Expenses

In honor of celebrating the life of Ms.Monica Jacobs, a daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and above all else a Mother. Monica is loved and will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends. She was well known for her outgoing personality, always smiling and laughing and being a God fearing woman. We are asking for help with her medical expenses and homegoing celebration.
