We are the Pearls and Prayer ministry a 501c3 Non-profit Faith Based Organization. As our Overview outlines, we are committed to displaying the love of God through our faithful service. Empowering and equipping Women with tools to follow their God Given Purpose focusing on the gift of Salvation and through fervent prayer. Focus Scriptures: Matthew 13:45-46, James 5:13-15, 1 Corinthians 13, 2 Peter 1:5-8

Sister Implanting Seeds (S.I.S) means YOU providing $7 for women who have blessed you or women you would like to be blessed. For example, mothers, sisters, daughters, aunts, nieces, cousins, etc. The Pearls and Prayer lead team will collect the names of those who donated and continue to pray during our daily Prayer clock sessions ( this is our lead team praying for each hour between 6a - Midnight).

Our efforts take us to schools, the streets of the homeless, Women's Shelters, prisons and directly out in the community focusing on minority and urban areas. God has provided and will continue to provide for our efforts. However, our Overseer has funded the ministry's work. Those funds are not enough to reach our prime focus (women in the US and beyond - all ages). We are tax-deductible and any assistance financially or in service will be appreciated.

Our goal of $10,000 will allow us to continue our efforts in the community. As a donor, you will be implanting seeds in our ministry and for the women in your life!

Below we have outlined our Ministry:

Ministry Membership:

• Leadership include 12 Women of God | Executive Committee of 5 Lead Team members | Board Member 3 external + Executive Committee

Community:

• Blessings in a Bag:

o Distributed to Homeless and Abuse Shelters, in high Homeless areas, schools, and hospitals

o These bags include toiletries, a snack, and a message from the ministry

• Feeding the homeless 2x a month:

o As of Jan 30, 2023, we have fed over 750 homeless men and women throughout the US with a focus on FL, IL, MI, AL, OH, and CA. These are states our Lead team members reside.

o Clothes are given away 1x a quarter

o As of March 2023 provided clothes to over 1600 men and women

Online Ministry:

• “5 Minute Pearl” | This broadcast is every Saturday focusing on our purpose.

Workshop:

• We host an Annual Workshop in the Orlando, FL area once a year

• Several smaller workshops throughout the US during the year
