Hello, I am Julia and I have been battling chronic sinus and ear problems for years. What started as occasional sinus infections turned into a daily struggle — constant pressure in my face and head, frequent ear and sinus infections, blocked breathing, and fatigue that never seems to go away. It’s affected my sleep, my energy, my ability to enjoy life, and even my mental health. And then vertigo has recently appeared, making my daily tasks a struggle.

After countless doctor visits, medications, and temporary fixes, I finally saw an ENT specialist who gave me a clear diagnosis: I need sinus surgery to fix the structural problems that are causing all this pain and discomfort. It’s a procedure that could finally give me lasting relief — help me breathe clearly, sleep better, and wake up without pain every day. A chance to feel normal.

But here’s the problem: while very little of the surgery may be covered by insurance, a large portion of the cost isn’t. The tests, facility fees, consultations, pre-op, and post-op care will pile up quickly. It’s more than I can manage right now, and that’s why I’m turning to my community for assistance.
