Single Mom Needs Home for Daughters

Hello, My name is Melanie.

I'm fundraising for my sister, Amber Raine Moses, and her two young daughters who reside in Kokomo, IN.

A few days ago, my sister was walking through her home and noticed a soft spot in the flooring.

She thought to herself, "I don't remember that being there."

So, she decided to pull back the outside siding of her home to see what was happening under the house.

To her disbelief, she found multiple water leaks and water damaged flooring and subflooring.

Worry set in and tears began to flow as she wondered how she is going to afford to repair the damage while keeping a roof over her daughters heads and food on the table.

She is a single mom trying hard to make ends meet and get back on her feet after a long, nasty divorce. She is working full time as a dance instructor while building a business teaching others how to strengthen their walk with God.

Plumber estimates $1000-1500 for plumbing repairs. This estimate does not include the cost to repair the subfloor, floor, laminate, carpet, cabinets, mold elimination, hired professionals, etc.
