Single mom needing to make repairs to home

Hello all, I am a recently single mother of 3. I have been a stay at home mom for 16 years. That was the dynamic. I am now in a position to have to cover the cost of repairs on the home my children and I have lived in since they were born. Things that should have been taken care of a long time ago, but that’s a different matter. I am doing the best I can, I am working on getting a job to support myself and my children on, but very little work experience makes that a difficult task. I started my project, not expecting the problems I have run into. From finding mold in the drywall from a leaky faucet outside, dishwasher breaking, carpeting that has become unhealthy for my daughter’s asthma, rotted plywood in the bathroom floor upstairs, to many other things that have added up. I wouldn’t usually do something like this but I have nowhere left to turn. I am truly grateful for any and all help. Thank you and God Bless.
