Hi my name is Christie De Oro and early Sunday morning my brother, Christian, was t-boned by a U-Haul at 1am on his way to pick up his son from work. The driver and the passenger abandoned the car and fled the scene on foot and have yet to be found. From what we know so far, we can only assume that they were not insured drivers who have now totaled my brother's car, which belonged to our late father.

 

My brother is a single father of three kids who also takes care of our mom, so we are asking for any help we can get to put towards his surgery and any expenses we may face (Taking care of the kids, arranging care for our mother, food and costs for the kids while my brother is recovering.) He is getting surgery today, Tuesday, June 7th for his pelvic hip surgery, which will be followed by recovery from four broken ribs from the impact. He also had internal bleeding on his bladder and his splean, so he will need a lot of time to recover and heal from this. So we just ask that you keep us in your thoughts during this time, and any little thing helps. Thank you so much.
