Sincere and his family

Hello! My name is Nikki Jackson. I am president of the Logan Elm Youth Football League and one of our own is fighting for his life at Children's Hospital. Sincere played for our JV team and is one of the strongest sweetest young men I have met. He has now been in the hospital for months. I have started this so that the community can help this family. Hoping to ease some worries so that they can stay there and stay strong to get our boy home for the holidays. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you so much!!
