I have never before done this, but I'm doing it now. I have a dear friend, Gina Marie Miller-Pickering. I first met Gina a little over 5 years ago as she began her journey down the road of recovery. She has become a hero of mine. She has over 5 years of recovery, despite extremely difficult situations. On July 21, 2016 Gina lost he mother to cancer. On November 4, 2017 Gina lost her husband to heart failure , and now two days ago, Gina lost her 13 year old son to suicide. Her family has now been reduced to a 14 year old son, Jayden and a 2 year old daughter, Linda. In the opening sentence of the book by Scott Peck entitled " The Road Less Traveled" it reads "Life is difficult", it has been and continues to be difficult for my dear friend Gina Marie Miller-Pickering. I am reaching out to my friends and ask that you reach into you heart and help this young lady and her small family. She has nothing! After reaching into your heart, please reach into your wallet and bank account and help her. No one is more deserving of this help than Gina.
