Relapse of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension

with a cardiac component: coronary artery disease vs. congestive heart failure vs. angina. I’m just tired. When I was first diagnosed, I lost my former life. This relapse, which occurred mid-July, has claimed all I had left: my new job, my Tesla, and all personal artifacts that were in it. I have episodes most days, at least 1-4 times per day excruciating head and chest pain only improved by lying faced down or squatting. Shortness of breath on exertion. Swelling in both legs. All these symptoms make life and work difficult to manage. I’m in NYC for medical treatment. Every day is a day I speak wholeness over my life. My health is too unstable for a shelter; they turned me away. I have no transportation or stable housing yet. The funds will first go to God, basic needs, a healthy diet, and a bicycle Velotric which has a throttle and will power itself in the event that I cannot.
