I'm Colin O'Neill, Shelley Paris is my mother, Shelley was involved in a motorcycle accident May 27th 2018, she was a passenger on a motorcycle when a SUV pulled out in front of the bike. The driver of the bike was unable to avoid the SUV and crash into the SUV news articles will be attached or can be requested for more details.
The driver of the SUV was unhurt, the driver of the motorcycle Dan who was also my moms Boyfriend and Best Friend did not make it, I will also attach a link to a gofundme page set up to help with funeral costs for Dan. My mother Shelley survived the crash but has suffered a range of injuries.
Shelley has fractures to her face, multiple broken ribs, at least 1 finger, her leg and ankle on her right side, her pelvis and hip are also broken. She will require surgery to her hip, pelvis and ankle. She also has minor bleeding in the brain which they are monitoring. She has many months of recovery, and range of bills to cover. She is a Canadian citizen and the accident happened in the US, We are still currently working out what all she will be covered for and what she will not be.
The money will go to help cover travel costs, medical expenses and her recovery.
