Shauna’s unexpected burial expenses

As most know, my younger sister Shauna passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly on February 9, 2025. She was 26, so like many of us, life insurance was not a consideration. With her falling sick and passing away within a 4-day span, our parents had to quickly figure out how to pay large sums for things like a funeral, burial plot, casket, and now headstone.

We’ve had SO many people ask how they can get money to our parents to help with the costs, so we figured it would be best to compile it all in one place.
