Sharon Lee Watkins Fairwell Service

Hello. I'm Shantisha Watkins and my sister Davshone and I are trying to raise money to give our mom a proper funeral service. My mother passed away in the hands of Multnomah County custody and although it's still under investigation, we're trying to make sure all of her affairs and funeral services can still be taken care of since we're legally responsible for making decisions. We really just want to be able to fulfill her wishes and provide her the best service possible. This was unexpected and really would appreciate any help possible. Thank you
