Hi all, Help Us Save Dobby!

On January 11th, we welcomed Dobby into our home after a local wildlife rescue found her abandoned on their doorstep in freezing temperatures. She was left outside overnight in the minus weather, and they didn’t think she would make it. But against all odds, she pulled through.

When she first arrived, she didn’t even know how to be a rat—she didn’t know how to nest, forage,play or even drink

Water out of a bottle. But with love, patience, and the companionship of our mischief, Dobby has blossomed into the cheekiest, most loving little girl. She has learned to build nests, search for treats, and cuddle up with her new family.

Unfortunately, she has now fallen gravely ill, likely due to the damage caused before she was rescued. Right now she is currently on medication and oxygen, though the vet us unsure if she will manage these next 24 hours.

Any donations will go directly toward Dobby’s care, and any extra funds will be saved for future vet visits. Please, if you can, help us give Dobby the best chance at life. Every little bit counts, and even sharing this post can make a huge difference.
