Sewing for the NHS and Frontline workers -Sharnbrook and Local Friends is a subgroup of the national group “For the Love of Scrubs” founded by Ashleigh Linsdell and the regional group “Beds, Bucks and Milton Keynes”. Our group covers Sharnbrook and the surrounding area. We are volunteers providing home-sewn items to GP surgeries, Care homes, District Nurses, and an Embalmer in North Bedfordshire during the Covid 19 crisis.
We are no longer asking for donations of money- we are most grateful to everyone who has contributed to our project. I am posting a picture of a certificate that we have received from HM Lord Lieutenant of BedfordshireL Helen Nellis to express her gratitude for the work that we have done in our group and that also counts as a thank you to everyone who has donated to our funds. With much gratitude for your contribution.

179 Hats
249 pieces of scrubs
