Seth's New Van and Tools

On October 29, 2017 my husband went out around noon and he noticed his van filled with all his professional tools were stolen. Anyone who knows my husband Seth knows that he is always helping someone fix something, work on a vehicle or building something. We immediately called the Police and they came to take a report. They told us there have been a spike in auto theft and break ins in the neighboorhood and that they would put an alarm out on his plates, but the tools along with the van are probably gone. We had an old raggedy looking van but it was reliable and got the job done. Because of the age of the van we did not have full coverage and our insurance will not pay for the loss. having this van and tools stolen really affects our family as that is what Seth uses for work. Seth is too proud to ask anyone for help. I do not know what else to do but to ask for everyones help in replacing the van and tools. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
