Set Virginia Free From Tyranny!
I filed a lawsuit Thursday, May 28, 2020, in Virginia Beach Circuit Court, suing the Governor and the Superintendent of the State Police to enjoin them and other government officials from attempting to enforce any of Northam’s illegal mandates issued in his Executive Orders.
I've hired a lawyer, Paul J. Duggan, Esq., from Harrisonburg, Virginia (actually he reached out to me as he's also very upset with the Governor) to represent me and amend my pleading and he has done a great job putting the new suit together. Actually, I am fighting this fight for all Virginians that are fed up with King Northam.
The summation of this lawsuit is that the Governor has limited authority under a state of emergency and therefore has no legal basis to close businesses or mandate how they operate. He can’t force otherwise healthy people to wear face masks He also can’t dictate how many people can congregate and at what distance. The human toll, the devastation of small businesses and their operators (again the human toll) can not and must not be tolerated any longer. And what about the collateral damage of staying at home? Governor Cuomo of New York said back in early May that two thirds of their covid cases were from lockdowns!
As for the safety of face masks, many medical studies show that wearing them can cause hypoxia, because the wearer is breathing in exhaled carbon dioxide and that can cause fatigue, headaches, or loss of consciousness.
It needs to be said that 60% to 70% of all covid related deaths have occurred in nursing homes or assisted care facilities, and of those deaths most had other illnesses. Further, multiple reports state that 85% of people that have contracted it don't even know they have it! Think about that. We’re not saying 85% of people contracting it DIE from it, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE IT! Why are we so scared, then? We need to take care of the older, weaker, population and let the rest of us get back to work, because most of us don’t live in nursing homes!
We must challenge the governor now because if we don’t then he’ll do it to us again. We do not have to give up our civil liberties to deal with this virus!
We may have the only doctor governor in the U.S. but what he’s doing to us is definitely malpractice.
