My dear family and friends, reaching out to you with a need that we see coming very soon. This fundraiser will go towards my dads (Sergey Petrovich Yelchaninov)  rehabilitation.

After 19 Days in an induced come due to COVID19 my dad Sergey Pertovich Yelchaninov made slow progress at coming back to us.  We had to move his ventilator to trachea and placed a feeding tube into his stomach.  Today on April 16th he is making slow progress at coming back to us. 

The near future looks extremely hard, months and months of rehabilitation. 
First few month we will have to have 24/7 care for dad with experienced respiratory therapists, physical therapist, nurses.  Will have to purchase equipment and medical supplies.  

The rehabilitation process will take months and maybe more, at this time doctors just don't know how long it will take.  When dad will be less dependent on the ventilator and a bit mobile the physical therapy will continue for months to come.  He will have to learn to eat, talk, walk and most importantly breath by himself.  

We are hoping to get him back a full recovery.  His charismatic character is very contagious, his giving heart was always looking for opportunities to help others.  Now he is in need of our help.
