As many of Melissa’s friends and family were recently made aware, Melissa was diagnosed with a benign tumor called Acoustic Neuroma. It’s large in size (3cm) and pressing on her brain stem, therefore it needs to be surgically removed. Melissa could use all of your prayers, virtual hugs, love, and support as she faces surgery on January 15.  

Melissa’s  doctors will need to monitor her recovery in the hospital after the surgery, followed by weeks of rest and medicine. During this time, their family could use assistance with meals, care for the children, hotel stays, and other expenses that may arise.
