Our dearest Brittany and her brother Justin have suffered unmeasurable loss over the last 14 months with the passing of Brittany’s beloved husband, Marx Cruz, and their cherished parents, Leah and Roger Russell.

These losses have left holes in so many hearts but Brittany and Justin have been dealing with grief that has been compounded in ways only a few might understand. On top of the heartbreak and personal grief, Brittany has had to manage the administrative tasks and hurdles that come with the passing of loved ones. It has left her with physical and financial burdens to tackle, including the upkeep and maintenance of their family home, which both Roger and Marx used to handle together. Any donations made here will help ease the financial burdens Brittany faces in managing estates, tackling the current maintenance her home requires and eventually celebrations to honour her family.

The outpouring of love and support from Brittany, Marx, Justin, Roger and Leah’s communities has been amazing. As many can attest to, asking for help during a traumatic period is a daunting task, so Brittany’s friends and family created this page to help lighten the load.
