After feeling anxious for weeks, I committed to go to Arizona starting tomorrow through election day to help Get Out The Vote. I'll do anything that is needed, door knocking, lawn sign delivery, whatever is effective.
Friends who were going to join me cancelled. I decided to still go, but I am going solo and my costs have doubled. Any funds raised will go towards covering some of my travel costs to do this safely (rental car and hotel) and will also make me feel less lonely. I am committed to doing everything I can to restore basic decency to our federal government. I’ll keep you posted with photos from on the ground reality of how the campaign is going. Every little bit helps!
*My actual OOP costs are $750. If I raise more than that, I can send it back or put it towards supplies etc.
