Prayer & Fare: Send Amy to the Holy Land

Hi I’m Amy Cooley Higgs. I’m a third-year seminary student at Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, MN. I’ve served in church-based ministry going on 15 years and am currently working toward my Masters of Divinity degree. An opportunity has come for me to travel to the Holy Land to learn more about the places we read about in the Bible. We will also learn about current geo-political realities in that region, which many of you know is something I’m very passionate about!

While my tuition is covered, I’m raising funds to cover expenses of travel and cost while I’m there in February. Will you consider helping me get there? And praying for me while I’m away? For many years I’ve raised funds for youth to go on trips and retreats in my work in Children, Youth, and Family Ministry. We called it “Prayer & Fare” and I’m asking that you would do that the same for me: cover the cost of a day of my trip and cover me in prayer that day as well!
