Partner with Seattle Events, producers behind Seattle Hempfest as we challenge the constitutionality on the restrictions of advertising for Cannabis businesses. Hempfest’s legal team has taken this constitutional challenge to the appellate court where we stand the best chance of overturning this overly vague and unfair policy.  Our legal team is just coming off from a win on a different case against the City of Seattle and we feel confident with the support of our community we can overturn these unreasonable restrictions on the free speech of the cannabis industry.
