Sean Gelinas's Medical Fund

On Tuesday, August 29th our dear friend Sean had brain surgery to remove a mass that was affecting his speech center. The mass was biopsied and he was diagnosed with oligodendrogiloma grade 2. 

Sean and his partner, Karen, are meeting with the team at Brigham & Women's and Dana Farber Cancer Institute this coming week to discuss radiation and chemotherapy treatment options. The road to recovery will be long with lots of doctor's appointments, copays, insurance deductibles and more. 

With Sean being out of work during this time, and Karen being a full time student, we want to raise money for him so they don't have to worry about cost of living and medical expenses and can just focus on Sean's recovery. 

There will be other opportunities to help Sean as well such as participating in a 5k race in New Hampshire this fall. More details to come on this.
