Sean Collier Memorial Stone

My name is Joseph Wilson and I am a student at Wilmington High School. For my senior project, I am looking to put a memorial in our high school's courtyard for Sean Collier. All of the proceeds will be withdrawn by me and used to fund the memorial which will be donated to WHS. Excess proceeds will be presented to the Sean Collier Memorial Scholarship Fund. Sean was an MIT Police Officer who was tragically and senselessly murdered in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings of 2013. Sean was from Wilmington and was a graduate of WHS Class of 2004. Currently, our school does not have a memorial for Sean and his ultimate sacrifice. My purpose in dedicating this memorial is to keep Sean's memory alive and well at Wilmington High School. By donating to my project, you will help generations of younger students recognize the sacrifices of our heroes that protect us day to day and the sacrifices that each and every one of them make and make sure that Sean is never forgotten.
