Their team of brilliant nurses provide Palliative Care Services to families in Carlow and Kilkenny who are experiencing multiple problems encountered as a result of a diagnosis of cancer.
All voluntary funding raised goes directly towards funding the salaries of the nursing staff.
I have been authorised by Carlow Kilkenny Home Care Team Ltd to arrange this Fundraiser (written permission uploaded to this gofundme page)
100% of Funds drawn down will be passed on to the Home Care Team without deduction of any expenses
On Saturday 14th November I will be doing a 24 hour fast and a Sleep Out on the streets of Kilkenny.
