Scout Bridge

My name is Jeff Cayer. I'm a scout leader with scout Troop 130 in South Paris, ME. Our Troop is looking for help repairing the foot bridge that leads to our lodge. Our lodge grounds are where our scouts learn scouting skills such as; fire building, plant identification, wilderness survival, merit badges and overnight camping. My oldest son and his friend are looking to do this for their senior project. They were looking to do it last spring but were put off due to covid -19. Now some of the places we were hoping to financially support this effort have had their funds dry up. The deck of the bridge is quickly rotting out and is in need of repair. We are hoping to raise $1000-$1500 for the materials and the work will be performed by the senior high schoolers and the scouts themselves. We deeply appreciate any help we could get for this work.
