Help Scott and Anna come to Canada

My name is Nancy, my brother Scott and his wife Anna need a little help. They met and got married in Kyiv, Ukraine. However due to covid and the war in Ukraine they were separated for a year. During that time they applied for a visa for Anna to join Scott in Canada. Unfortunately Anna's visa was denied twice, due to the fact that she is not a Ukrainian citizen. After a year apart Scott joined Anna in Turkey, where she was seeking refuge from the war in Ukraine. They plan to apply for Permanent residency for Anna with a spousal sponsorship. Unfortunately with the previous travel, visa, and legal fees they no longer have the savings to pay for the application and legal help. Due to the complexity of Anna's case, they feel legal help is necessary. They are in need of approximately 3000, to pay for the application and legal fees. They have been in immigration limbo for over a year and just want to start their lives together in Canada.
