St. Catherine's Kinsale

This beautiful, historical Church in Kinsale, Co. Cork was closed in 1990 having been originally constructed in 1744. 

A local charitable company has been established and is in the process of completing the purchase of the building.

The objective is to renovate the building and create a cultural centre that can be of use for the local community. 

€15,000 is required as stage 1 funding to get planning permission for the cultural centre.

Once refurbished, it could be used for a wide range of uses including;

Local plays
Art exhibitions
Award ceremonies
Music recitals
Private or public meetings
Family events
Civil Functions
Talks & Lectures
Educational purposes
