Reunite 4 Kids with Their Dad

Donation protected
When Miriah suddenly asked David to move out three weeks ago, she assured him he could have their four kids on the weekends at a minimum. Instead, Miriah only allowed David to see the kids a few short times and in public places before she arbitrarily cut off all visitation.

Since then, Miriah abruptly withdrew the kids from their school without David’s prior knowledge and moved them to the opposite side of town into a home they had previously agreed was unsafe for the kids.

Over these few weeks, the kids’ worlds have been turned upside down. They have been separated from their father, yanked out of school, and forced to live in a chaotic environment away from everything familiar and comforting to them.

Divorce is tough on kids in any situation but they are all showing signs of distress. Benjamin says the worst part is not knowing when he can see his dad again. Jessica has been overhearing things her mom is saying and doesn’t know who to trust. Drawing is her favorite activity but when David asked if she’d been working on her art to express her emotions, she told him art doesn’t make her heart feel good anymore.

Rebekah seems to be taking this the hardest. Normally all smiles, now all she does is try to hide.

The kids light up when they see their dad. He is the parent who is sensitive to their emotions and notices when they feel frustrated or when their feelings are hurt. He’s great at teaching them how to handle difficult situations and helps them develop their talents and appreciate their uniqueness.

During this hardest time in their young lives, they need the person they usually confide in and can trust with their feelings. They need a stabile home and to be with people who care enough to foster healthy relationships with all of their family rather than isolating them.

If there is going to be any chance of seeing his kids again, he needs strong representation in court. The family court process is lengthy and complicated. At this stage, David needs to pay his attorney to help him with a proper strategy. David’s lawyer is confident that we have a great case to get the kids into a stable and healthy environment. However, the only way this is going to happen is if he can continue to pay the legal expenses.

We are pleading for your help to fight for these children! We’re completely heartbroken over the situation the kids are in and need help with the legal expenses necessary to unite the kids with their dad. No amount is too small; we just appreciate any support.

If you aren’t in a position to contribute financially, you can still help by sharing this page with your friends and family so we can give these children a fighting chance.
