Save Us From Our Government

Thanks to the Australian government no longer able to protect its most vulnerable citizens with policies outright killing people in my position, my wife & I are being forced to beg for assistance via Go Fund Me in order to prevent having to ask the United Nations & The New Zealand Government for refugee status.



My wife & I are currently being forced to live in substandard housing that has been condemned by the State Emergency Service of NSW that has us living in exposed asbestos & with shoddy electrical wiring for at least 3 & a half years that has claimed every electrical appliance I myself personally owned, leaving us without even a television, as well as being a constant danger to our lives.



Furthermore, the NSW housing commission unit they refuse to fix up or move me & my wife out of also has a crumbling foundation with my bedroom actually sinking into the ground & which could collapse on us at any moment.


I have documents proving these allegations by several agencies including the NSW State Emergency Service & the electrical company ORIGIN (included in this email is the initial report in 2017), as well as proof of a significant cover up to prevent any of my complaints to be recognized, going as far as laughing at me when I went through a cancer scare in December that during diagnosis, was considered an after effect of living in the aforementioned exposed asbestos.


On top of this I, as a disabled pensioner & rape survivor with a broken back & high functioning autism (as well as my wife having Cerebral Palsy & Borderline Personality Disorder), are living in an area whose main hospital is literally kicking out patients without treatment & whom has only one psychiatrist on call for two psychiatric hospitals. My medications are no longer affordable & I can no longer get the specialist services for my spine I need to fulfill a somewhat normal life.


I have also lost all access to legal services (as well as my Indigenous wife with Aboriginal legal services being heavily defunded), which to my current knowledge is a violation of our rights under United Nations law, which affects me in regard to an attempted murder I survived as well as the targeted NSW police harassment & cover up which was ignored by local media outlets as well as politicians like NSW MP Ron Park.



The NSW ombudsmen also flat out refuse to investigate (as well as refused investigations into Wollongong hospital & NSW Housing, all on public record), violating their own statutes in regard to their own existence as a "supposed" investigatory government agency. And due to Govt. incompetence, I have also lost my licence which was the only thing I had left that made me feel like an actual person.


We have been ignored by those who represent us, those who are meant to protect us & the Australian media itself is now partially responsible for our dilemma to the point where only running water separates us from true 3rd world conditions.



We don't even have reliable electricity or internet, again thanks to government mandated austerity that in reality, has cost more to finance than having a Socialist democracy would (which Australia was at one point), again proving their own fear based idiocracy & incompetence.

And every opportunity I have created for myself to help me climb out of this government mandated poverty has been either stolen or prevented from succeeding by this very same government, with its crackdown on live entertainment services, inability to police copyright infringement or protecting individual artists from making money, as well as massive cutbacks to the film making industry in favour of high costing Hollywood flops for propaganda effect. I made my money & fame; Australia took it away from me for no reason other than I am disabled. Again, I have documented proof of all of this.

So, now that both me & my wife have lived in constant fear of our own governments policies that have directly murdered over 4000 of their own citizens, mostly from a demographic we now currently reside in, as well as constant fear from local authoritarian police forces that runs its districts with fear, and a fear of my current living arrangements that could directly lead to a premature death, as well as being stripped of my human rights under United Nations law in regards to legal & medical services, and of course the fear of Conservative fascist ideology that has turned Australia into Germany circa 1936, full of hate & murderous intent for its Indigenous, LGBTQ & disabled citizens, we are at a crossroads where we simply have two choices. Allow this governments policies to kill us or ask the people that allowed them to retain power for three elections to take responsibility for their voting actions & help those being oppressed under what you thought was sane government policy.

There was no Job keeper for us, in fact our disability pension has been cut during the Covid crisis & were forced to fend for ourselves, which has sent us bankrupt. We are dying & not only does none of you seem to care, but you are actively voting for our death through government targeted austerity. And although I have a Mensa level IQ, "Strayans" have devolved into seemingly reject & oppress those like me, even though I have proven time & time again how I can contribute to this country should this country cease to criminalise disability. The only recourse we have left is to ask the Australian public who have caused all of this to own up to their mistake & help us retain a lawyer & get the justice we deserve. We need enough money to pay the lawyer for the entire trial, this is why we are asking for this amount.

Good & Honest Australians, you are our last hope.
