Save the 1st amendment

I got sick of Govornor DeSwine and Amy Quackton acting like tyrants  so I called the number listed for DeSwine's office and left two 30 second messages. No threats at all, just some profanity as I told them they sucked. Two messages and I never called again. Today I learn that I've been charged with telephone harassment and need to report to court in Columbus on June 26th. I am currently unemployed due to the virus hoax so the $3,000+ to hire an attorney isn't something I can afford. It is well within my rights to criticize an elected representative even with profanity. I believe this is a scare tactic being used to silence anyone that disagrees with the tyrants in Columbus. Please help.
