Save NK Woodlands Neighbors

Save NK Woodlands is raising funds to support legal costs related to pursuing legal action to rescind/amend North Kingstown Land Ordinance 18-02 which allows for large scale commercial solar power plants to be developed on any residential zoned land throughout North Kingstown.  These funds are being raised by Gary Blanchette and will be withdrawn to a personal bank account and used to pay for legal fees related to a lawsuit against the town for violations of the Open Meetings Act and Zoning Enabling Act, as well as for message promotion within the town.  Contributors will have access to all disbursement records and invoices related to these costs.  Costs will be allocated evenly to all contributors, and then any excess funds will be returned to contributors via check from Gary Blanchette.
